Clients can always upgrade packages to a higher level. Due to the nature of our packages and the work that go's into each services new clients will only be eligible to downgrade a package after 6 months. Clients who are paying month to month can upgrade at any time but must be in the current package at least 3 months before downgrading to a lower level.
Due to the nature of creative design in order to protect our intellectual property all services must be paid for before delivery of the final product.
We do offer discounts for more than one website or business.
Our website services are paid monthly as well as several of our other services. Each new client must sign up with a 12 month contract in order to give us enough time to provide quality results.
